The 410 West Lacrosse club is for girls ages kindergarten-12th grade. Through our teaching of lacrosse we help you gain skill and confidence as well as mentorship that will instill skills for all aspects of their life. As the players develop and get older we use our expertise in NCAA athletics to help them reach their goals.

Lou Fusz Lacrosse offers year-round lacrosse programs, instruction, teams, camps, clinics, leagues, tournaments, lessons and more to boys and girls ages 4-18 in the St. Louis metro area. Lou Fusz Athletic is the largest Lacrosse program in the state of Missouri, and has options for every type of player from the most competitive and high level, to the new, learning, and beginning. |
